Approval of the October 27, 2025, Town Council Meeting Minutes.

Consideration of Resolution No. R-14-2025, appointing Kevin Wagner as the Town of Lantana Special Magistrate and authorizing the Town Manager to execute Mr. Wagner's Fee Letter and any amendments thereto.

QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARINGS:

 

a.

Consideration of a variance request from Sec. 23-81 of the Town Code of Ordinances for the property located at 101 N Atlantic Dr to allow the installation of a wall with a maximum height of 11 feet 11 inches. Case No. VAR25-0006

 

b.

Consideration of a variance request from Sec. 23-134 of the Town Code of Ordinances for the construction of a new dock for the property located at 416 S Lake Dr. Case No. VAR25-0007

 

8.

MISCELLANEOUS:

 

a.

Consideration of a three-year renewal agreement with Granicus, LLC (Granicus) for Agenda Management Software Solutions (for an aggregate cost of $71,015.83) through a piggyback agreement with the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) Contract #01-115.

 

b.

Consideration of entering into a contract with Hinterland Group, LLC., by piggybacking Charlotte County's annual contract for Stormwater Collection System Rehabilitation in the amount of $132,824. Funding for this project was approved in the FY 2025/26 Stormwater and Flooding Improvement Fund Budget.

 

c.

Consideration of awarding a contract for the N Dixie Hwy Turn Lane Improvements project to Florida Blacktop, Inc., in the amount of $102,543.75.

 

d.

Town Manager Review/Approval of Contract Amendments.

PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item when the Town Council calls for public comment OR any matter not on the agenda under the “Public Comments” section. Citizens desiring to address the Town Council shall step up to the microphone at the podium, state their name and address in an audible voice for the record, and, unless the Chair grants additional time, shall limit their address to three (3) minutes. Citizens who wish to address the Council MUST complete a blue public comment card and present it to the Town Clerk before the item is discussed and wait for the Mayor to announce when it is their turn to speak. Likewise, if the public wishes to speak on a matter on the consent agenda, they must complete a blue card and present it to the Town Clerk before the start of the meeting.
